Last updated: November 2026

1. Who we are

Timmons&Company is a B2B marketing agency located at 1753 Kendarbren Drive, Suite 622, Jamison, PA 18929. This policy explains how we handle information collected through timmonsandcompany.com (the "site"). When we say "we," "us" or "our," we mean Timmons&Company.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send a message, request a free AI & Search Visibility Check or book a call, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, company, work email, phone number, industry, website address and your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the site collects basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar tools described below.

We do not ask for payment information, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal information through this site.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your questions and requests
  • To schedule and prepare for calls you book
  • To prepare a visibility check or proposal you ask for
  • To send occasional updates and insights, if you have agreed to receive them
  • To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
  • To protect the site from spam and abuse
  • To meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include:

    • HubSpot, which stores contact details, form submissions and meeting bookings
    • Google, which provides website analytics (Google Analytics) and spam protection (reCAPTCHA)
    • Our website hosting provider

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

5. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to keep the site working, to measure visits and to see which pages are useful. We use Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand site traffic and to connect form submissions with the pages a visitor viewed.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but some features may not. To opt out of Google Analytics on all websites, you can use Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

6. Email communications

If you contact us, we will reply to you by email or phone. We send marketing emails only to people who have agreed to receive them or who have an existing business relationship with us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for as long as we have a business relationship with you, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the systems we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Stop sending you marketing emails

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or international privacy laws. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.
